Holdsworth Family, my deepest condolences for your loss. My brother Jim and I grew up down the street from Bill on Country Club Rd. Along with Tim Fiedler, Mike Antoniak, Ross Thorne and others we all spent the first half of the 70s hanging out at the Vestal Plaza, lifting weights , going to concerts , playing basketball, roller skating , and riding our bikes wherever we needed to go. Bill was a kind soul with a great sense of humor. He leaves us with many great memories. May he rest in peace.

Hello Marcy, it seems like it was yesterday that Alison and I ran into you and Bill at the California Grill even though it was couple of years ago. It was so nice to catch up and share how nice things were at the time. We are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing and will keep you in our thoughts through this difficult time. To your sons, I knew your father when he was a young man (early 20s) while we both worked at the Grand Union grocery store finishing up our college degrees. Your father's humor was Seinfeld prior to there being a Seinfeld. He was kind. He was thoughtful. He was truly a good guy that will be missed by everyone he crossed paths with. Rest in peace Bill. Jeff & Alison

I was sad to see that Bill has passed. Having worked in an office with Bill, I knew Bill to be a dedicated and hard working employee, doing his best to manage his many tasks and never hesitating to assist co- workers with a helping hand. He was always kind, thoughtful and a genuine nice guy. His memory lives on in many of us who worked with him. May you find peace and strength in the love and support of family and friends during this difficult time. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Marcy and fam, I am heartbroken along with you. “Billy” was my best friend on Country Club Rd. We used to go between his and my house begging pickles. My Dad rescued him from a tree… at work in later years, he brought such fun into the office, I sometimes couldn’t work for laughing so hard. He loved his fam so much, that was very evident. Sending many hugs and sorrow at such a huge loss.
