Judy Ann Payne

Judy Ann Payne of Newark Valley, NY passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2023 at age 82. Beloved Wife of 62 years to Raymond Payne. She was the devoted mother of Kelly (Robert) Pickert, Patrick (Marylou) Payne, Michael (Ginger) Payne, Scott (Jennifer) Payne, Vickie (Rusty) Bigelow & Stephen Payne. Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Jessica) Vasquez, Samantha Payne, Cassandra (Derek) Kaczmarek, Patrick (Abby) Payne, Jaquelyn Payne, Cynthia Payne, Sean Bigelow, Jacob Payne, Ashlynn Payne, Ethan Bigelow, Kailee Payne, Matthew Bigelow, Madison Bigelow. Adored Great-Grandmother of Chase Smolinsky, Paisley Payne, Eli Vasquez, Jamison Kaczmarek, Ava Vasquez, & Marley Payne. Her Siblings Gloria (Donald) Ward, Carolyn (Robert) Rose, Beverly Dryer, Richard Sisenstein, Andrew Sisenstein, David (June) Sisenstein, Stephen Sisenstein, Timothy Sisenstein & James (Caroline) Sisenstein. And many Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by her Parents Andrew & Cora Sisenstein and her Father and Mother in-law Ellis & Mildred Payne, her brother Roger Sisenstein, her brother Ronald Sisenstein, her Sister in-law Donna Sisenstein, her brother in-law Richard Dryer.
Judy spent her years as a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. In the past Judy spent many years working with the Newark Valley School Systems. She worked in the school cafeterias, coached youth sports and was an active member of the booster club alongside many of her friends. Her greatest joy in life was her family, being the biggest fan of her Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday 11 am at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Saturday from 9:30 am until service time at 11 am.
