Leo O. Hauptfleisch, 85, of Johnson City, passed away peacefully at his residence Monday, November 16, 2015. He was predeceased by his wife Leona Mae; three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his children and their spouses; Leo J. (Marlene) Hauptfleisch; Jim (Meg) Hauptfleisch; Cindy (Dennis) Cole and Edward (Cindy Lou) Hauptfleisch; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother Bill Hauptfleisch; a sister Rosemary Williams, and  a very special sister and brother in law Peggy (Dave) Quick; also many nieces and nephews. Leo loved his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren, puzzles, playing pinnacle, gardening, and birds. He was a jack of all trades.

Memorial services will be held Friday 11 am from the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street Endicott. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4-7 pm.  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Animal Care Council 131 Washington Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760.
