Vivian Ruth Davis Crown, 94, of Endwell, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2024 at Good Shepherd Fairview Home. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Lela Davis; siblings Gordon, Warren, Betty and Irma and her loving husband Robert E. Crown. Vivian is survived by her son and daughter-in law Robert (Karen) Crown, step-daughter Londa (David) Ross; sisters-in-law Catherine Tobin and Lois Crown; grandchildren Melody (Zach) Wilson and Mark (Rachel) Ross; six great-grandchildren; nieces Marjorie Beard and Linda Davis; great-nephew Bryan (Tina) Beard; along with several nieces and nephews. Vivian graduated from Charles S. Wilson Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse, Class of 1949. Vivian and Bob enjoyed traveling and had many wonderful adventures together. One of her greatest passions was painting. She was a very talented artist. Vivian was a devoted member of the Owego United Methodist Church.
Funeral Services for Vivian will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the Allen Memorial Home from 9:30 am until Service time at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
