Francis J. (Frank) Falletta, 86 of Vestal, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Wilson Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his wife Joan Mary (Cunningham) Falletta. He was born May 26, 1926 to Samuel and Helen Falletta. He is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Mary and John McCabe, III, Winooski, VT and Ann, Binghamton; two sons, Thomas, Endicott and Paul, Binghamton; one grandson, John McCabe, IV. Since 1968 he was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal where he was the parish auditor and on the finance committee. He was a retired employee of the Defense Contract Audit Agency of Binghamton and a 1953 graduate of Niagara University with a degree in Business Administration. Frank was a member of the Vestal Knights of Columbus Council # 4746. The family wishes to thank the Cardiac Care unit and the staff at Wilson South Tower 5 for the compassionate care given to Frank.Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Vestal at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Monday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in Frank’s memory may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Church Building Fund, 157 Clark Street, Vestal, NY 13850
