Kemp and a good friend, Steve Hujar.He is survived by his mother Cynthia Sullivan and step-father John Sullivan; his father David Kemp and step-mother Yola Kemp; grandparents Eugene and Doris Bawden; sisters and brothers in law Deborah and Dan Gaul; Dawn and Ron Evancho; Doreen and Al Llewellyn and Colleen Sullivan;brothers and sisters in law John and Erin Musok; David P. and Barbara Kemp, Jr.; Sean Sullivan; Christopher Sullivan and Joseph and Sarah Rieber; special aunts and uncles Elleanor and Pat Brennan and Bonna and Gary Bawden, several other cousins, aunts, uncles and several special friends.Jeremy was born and raised in the Binghamton area.He graduated from Binghamton High School in 1999 and was active in the U.S. Coast Guard, loved baseball and played Little League, American Legion,and Junior and Senior Varsity.Jeremy was a longtime member of Valleyview Alliance Church, Vestal and was a board member of the Binghamton Humane Society. He was also a talented painter and wrote poetry, some of which has been published. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Gary Sawyer officiating. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Saturday from 10 am until service time at 12 pm. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Broome County Humane Society, 2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, NY13903 or the charity of one’s choice.
